Neotech Cloud Solutions ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use Life Coach AI.
1. Information We Collect
- Information you provide: name, email, profile details, goals, tasks, journal entries, and support messages.
- Automatically collected information: IP address, device/browser type, operating system, language, app usage, and diagnostics.
- From third parties: if you sign in with Google or similar providers, we receive identifiers required to authenticate your account.
2. Health & Fitness Data (Google Health Connect / Apple Health)
If you enable the optional Sports Tracking feature and grant permission on your device, Life Coach AI reads the following data from Google Health Connect (Android) or Apple HealthKit (iOS):
- Steps: daily and historical step counts, used to power your activity dashboard and long-term trends.
- Workouts / exercise sessions: including activity type, start time, duration, distance, and calories burned, used to automatically import your workouts into your sports session history and sports programs so you don't have to enter them manually.
This health and fitness data is only accessed after you grant permission through the Health Connect/HealthKit permission dialog on your device. We use it solely to provide the in-app features described above (activity dashboard, sports session history, and program tracking) for your own benefit. Access is read-only — Life Coach AI does not write to or modify your Health Connect or HealthKit records. We do not sell this data and do not share it with third parties for advertising or any other purpose. You can revoke access at any time through your device's Health Connect/HealthKit permission settings, and you can request deletion of previously synced health data from your account by contacting privacy@life-coach-ai.com.
3. How We Use Information
- Provide and secure Life Coach AI features, account access, and reminders.
- Personalize your planning experience and improve product quality.
- Provide support communications and service notifications.
- Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.
4. Legal Bases (EEA/UK/Switzerland)
Where GDPR or similar laws apply, processing is based on contract, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligations depending on context.
5. Sharing and Disclosure
- Service providers: hosting, analytics, notifications, and support tooling under contractual safeguards.
- Legal requests: when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
- Business transfers: merger, acquisition, financing, or asset sale.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some jurisdictions define "sale" or "sharing" more broadly for targeted advertising contexts.
